Concern for Missing Fifty-Nine-Year-Old Man (LOCATED)

UPDATE: Sung Kun Chang has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD- Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - 6th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating Sung Kun Chang, a missing 59-year-old from Virginia.
