Concern for Missing Eleven-Year-Old (LOCATED)

UPDATE: Joseph Saah Kamara has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public's assistance in locating Joseph Saah Kamara, a missing 11-year-old from Clarksburg.
