Concern for Missing Silver Spring Teen (LOCATED)

UPDATE:  Emily Perez has been located safe and unharmed. 

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Emily Perez, a missing 13-year-old from Silver Spring.
