Concern for Missing Thirteen-Year-Old (LOCATED)

UPDATE: Aiden "Niko" Offutt has been located safe and unharmed. 

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Aiden "Niko" Offutt, a missing 13-year-old from Montgomery Village.
