Maryland Transition Conference scheduled for Saturday, November 17, 2012 at the Comfort Inn and Conference Center in Bowie, Maryland. The program this year will be directed to youth with disabilities and their families. Topics include: employment, postsecondary education, adult service linkages, accommodations and supports, youth development and leadership, and housing.
