Welcome to the Montgomery County, Maryland Spending Disclosure website.

The purpose of this web site is to allow the public to search and view summary information on payments made to recipients (referred to below as suppliers) that received $25,000 or more in a fiscal year. Note that salary and benefit payments to employees, pension payments to retirees, and any information that is confidential under State or Federal law is excluded from disclosure. Information will be updated quarterly, and is currently available starting from fiscal year 2011 - July 1, 2010 through March 31, 2013.

Using one of the three radio buttons below, payment information is searchable by three fields: supplier name, supplier zip code, or the department or office making the payment. To search on a specific keyword, enter it in the text box and click on the 'Search' button; leave the text box empty to view all information. To group the search results by a specific field (e.g. Department), drag and drop the corresponding field name from the Header row (2nd row) into the Group row (1st row). Conversely, to remove a grouping, drag and drop the field back to the Header row. Drag and drop the field names within the Header row to rearrange the field order of the search results. Sort the search results by clicking on the specific field name in the Header row.
