Rental License Fee Increase Adopted by The County Council
Announcement Date: Monday, June 3, 2024
The Montgomery County Council adopted new rental housing licensing fees for Fiscal Year 2025 effective July 1, 2024.
Licensed rental properties will receive a renewal notice and invoice by July 1, 2024.
Payments may be made online and are due no later than July 31, 2024.
