VRG Remains the Same at 3.3%

The Voluntary Rent Guideline has been set to 3.3% effective March 1, 2026. 
The Voluntary Rent Guideline, established annually by the County Executive, is based on the rental component of the Consumer Price Index for the Washington-Metropolitan Area, and is updated each year.
