Montgomery, Prince George’s Executives Join Pepco to Highlight Merger Benefits in Jobs, Energy Efficiency & Sustainability

 

 

What:    Government leaders for Prince George’s and Montgomery counties join Pepco executives to outline the wide range of benefits their constituents are receiving from the millions of dollars provided by the recent Pepco-Exelon merger.

               Rushern L. Baker, III, Prince George’s County Executive

               Isiah Leggett, Montgomery County Executive

                 

When:   Thursday, June 9, 2016; 4 p.m.

 

Where:  Silver Spring Civic Building, One Veterans’ Plaza, Silver Spring, Maryland  

 

                 

Background: Continuing to deliver on its merger commitments, Pepco and Exelon recently provided $25 million to Montgomery and Prince George’s counties to support workforce development, job creation, energy efficiency and sustainability programs. Many other benefits have already gone to customers and additional merger benefits are coming.
