The Montgomery County GreenFest, the County’s premier environmental festival comes to

Silver Spring this weekend. The event will be held rain or shine.

Highlights of the events include:

• Nearly 100 exhibitors and vendors, local nonprofits, native plants for sale and artist vendors
• An electric vehicle and hybrid car show
• UpRooted Dance will premiere, The Legacy Project
• Children’s activities including kids tree climbing and stream maze
• Educational workshops led by local leaders and experts
