Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will speak about affordable housing at the Annual Meeting of the Housing Association of Nonprofit Developers (HAND). The plenary theme is: “The Elected Perspective: Bold Housing Solutions Across The Capital Region.”  The dialogue is scheduled to include elected officials representing Washington, DC, Prince George’s County, Montgomery County, Arlington County, Alexandria and Loudoun County.
