County Executive Marc Elrich and Councilmember Gabe Albornoz to Participate in Linkages to Learning Recognition Ceremony

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich and County Councilmember Gabe Albornoz will join leaders from the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services, Montgomery County Public Schools, local nonprofit agencies, parents and other key members of the Linkages to Learning community school partnership to recognize honorees. Awards for volunteers of the year and outstanding donors will be presented; as well as the Sandy Boynton Memorial Award for Staff Innovation, the Linkages to Learning Michael L. Subin Scholarship Award, and the first Ike Leggett Award for Advocacy.
