Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will deliver his 2020 “State of the County” address at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 15, at the Silver Spring Civic Building.
This will be County Executive Elrich’s first State of the County address and the first by any Montgomery County Executive since 2013.
The event is open to the public.
