Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich and County Health Officer Dr. Travis Gayles will host a virtual news conference today, May 9 at 4 p.m. They will discuss Governor Hogan’s decision to relax the outdoor activities restriction and how the County, through its continued robust public health efforts, will safely manage that decision in conjunction with its neighboring jurisdictions.
