Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich to Present His Recommended Fiscal Year 2024 Operating Budget on Wednesday, March 15

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will present his recommended operating budget for Fiscal Year 2024 at noon on Wednesday, March 15. The County Charter requires the County Executive to present a recommended operating budget to the County Council by March 15 of each year. The Council then reviews the recommendations and adopts the budget by late May. The new budget will go into effect on July 1.

The presentation will be broadcast live on County Cable Montgomery, which can be seen on Comcast/RCN (Channel 6, HD 996/1056) and Verizon (Channel 30). Parking: Public parking is available on the lower level of the Council Office Building garage at the corner of Monroe and Jefferson streets.
