THREE WAYS TO VOTE FOR THE 2024 PRESIDENTIAL GENERAL ELECTION

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, October 23, 2024

The Montgomery County Board of Elections shares important voting information for the 2024 General Election, including the same day voter registration and three ways Montgomery County voters can cast their vote: mail-in voting, and two in-person options during early voting or on General Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

Montgomery County citizens, who missed the advanced voter registration deadline, can still register and vote during early voting Thursday, October 24, 2024, through Thursday, October 31, 2024, or on Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Make sure to bring a document that proves where you live when you visit your early voting center or your local polling place to register to vote. To prove where you live, bring your MVA-issued license, ID card, learner's permit or change of address card, or your current paycheck, bank statement, utility bill, or other government document with your name and new address. Current means that the document is dated within three (3) months of Election Day.
