Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich and Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation President and CEO David Petr and staff met with Dr. Norvell Coots, president and CEO of Holy Cross Health and Maryland Region-Trinity Health, and the presidents of Holy Cross Hospital and Holy Cross Germantown Hospital.
