MCDOT’s agreement with e-bike and e-scooter companies states that these vehicles can be parked in the right-of-way but cannot interfere with pedestrian or traffic operations, or access to driveways, crosswalks, ADA ramps, pedestrian walkways, bus stops, fire hydrants, private property or businesses. Residents are free to move inappropriately parked vehicles out of the way or contact the vendor directly (Lyft or Lime) or call 311.
