The Path to Social Justice and Racial Equity

“This may be the most important thing that we have ever done when it comes to taking leadership on an issue in society,” said Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich as he signed historic the Racial Equity and Social Justice Act. Elrich was joined by members of the County Council, including newly elected Council President Sidney Katz and Vice President Tom Hucker, as well as other community leaders.
