Whiskey Rocks in Clarksburg

Montgomery County Alcohol Beverage Services (ABS) hosted Whiskey Rocks, the largest event of its kind in Montgomery County, at the Clarksburg Village Liquor and Wine store. Despite the cold temperatures, hundreds of people lined up for the event overnight to make sure they had an opportunity to purchase hard to find whiskey products. County Executive Marc Elrich and ABS Director Bob Dorfman greeted customers and employees at the store. The daylong celebration featured tastings, engravings, bottle signings, educational seminars and an exclusive lunch at GrillMarx with Maker’s Mark Master Distiller Denny Potter. View more photos here.
