Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich and Montgomery County Council President Sidney Katz, recognize the month of July to celebrate the accomplishments that Americans with disabilities have made to enrich our community. July 26 is the 30-year anniversary of the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
