Health Montgomery Survey Remain Open Through Sept. 30

To ensure maximum input from all stakeholders, Healthy Montgomery has extended the survey closing date for the Healthy Montgomery 2021 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Environmental Scan of Organizational Resources survey which may be completed by any organization in Montgomery County that provides health or social/human services.
