Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration

As part of Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, County Executive presented a proclamation to AFI Silver Theatre and Cultural Center in Silver Spring, MD on their 28th edition of the AFI Latin American Film Festival and their leadership, commitment to community values, diversity, inclusion, culture and the arts in Montgomery County and the Washington Metropolitan area.
