Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Councilmembers joined representatives from For 3 Sisters Inc to recognize October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Councilmember Floreen reflected on how many Councilmembers, Council staff, and members of the community have been personally impacted by breast cancer, and reaffirmed the Council's support for advancing prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of the disease. Thanks to Shannon Moneymaker, Executive Director, Kellee Southern, Board member, and Fran Wingerter, Board President, For 3 Sisters for their outstanding work in our community.
