Animal Sanctuary Proclamation

Councilmember George Leventhal presented a proclamation on behalf of the Council recognizing Terry Cummings, founder of Poplar Spring Animal Sanctuary, for her work caring for animals and providing a home for farm animals who were previously abused or abandoned. We are proud to recognize humane institutions like Poplar Springs Animal Sanctuary, and hope they will always remain part of the fabric of Montgomery County!
