Councilmember Tom Hucker recognizing Rose Crenca Appreciation Day

Councilmember Tom Hucker officially proclaims Dec. 12, 2017 as Rose Crenca Appreciation Day in Montgomery County. The former Councilmember has dedicated much of her life to public service. In addition to her service on various community organizations, Ms. Crenca was elected to the Council in 1978 and served for 12 years, including terms as President, Vice President and President pro tempore.
