National Correctional Officers and Employees Weeks

Councilmembers Marc Elrich, Sidney Katz, and Tom Hucker presented a proclamation recognizing National Correctional Officers and Employees Week and honoring the dedicated professionals who maintain safe correctional facilities, ensure public safety and take responsibility for the custody, care and rehabilitation of thousands of offenders every year. Robert L. Green, director of the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation, spoke at the presentation.
