Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month

Council Vice President Sidney Katz and County Executive Marc Elrich presented a proclamation recognizing Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month. Last year, one in 10 high school students in Maryland reported experiencing violence in a relationship; and one in 15 children are exposed to domestic violence each year in the United States.
