Black History Month 2019

Join us on Feb. 26 at 9:30 a.m. at the Council Office Building as the Council commemorates Black History Month. This year’s program will focus on the theme “Honoring Black History and Empowering Racial Equity” The event will include a prepared video segment documenting the work of the African American Historic Sites Project and the creation of the Remembrance and Reconciliation Commission and a panel discussion focused on racial equity for all those who live in Montgomery County. #BlackHistory #Equity4All #EmpoweringEquity
