International Transgender Day of Visibility

Councilmember Evan Glass, the first openly LGBTQ Councilmember elected to the Montgomery County Council, presented a proclamation recognizing the International Transgender Day of Visibility. This day is dedicated to celebrating the accomplishments and victories of transgender and nonbinary people, while raising awareness of the work that is still needed to better support them.
