Rockville, Md., Sept. 10, 2021—On Monday, Sept. 13 at 11 a.m., Council President Tom Hucker and Council Vice President Gabe Albornoz will hold a media availability to discuss the Council’s first fall legislative session, a briefing by Montgomery Public Schools scheduled for the next Council session and other upcoming Council matters.
The duo will also discuss the recent flooding seen in the County resulting from Hurricane Ida’s storm remnants, as well as provide remarks to honor the victims of 9/11.
Sean O’Donnell, public health emergency manager for Montgomery County Health and Human Services, will join the media availability to provide a public health update.
The media availability will be held via Zoom and is for credentialed members of the media.
