Rockville, Md., Oct. 29, 2021— On Monday, Nov. 1 at 12 p.m., Council President Tom Hucker and Council Vice President Gabe Albornoz will hold a media availability to discuss the indoor mask mandate that was lifted on Oct. 28 and action on other legislative matters, including Bill 16-21, which would modify the County’s environmental benchmarking law to include County-owned, commercial and multifamily buildings to meet the long-term energy performance standards, and several bills related to public safety and policing.
Montgomery County Health and Human Services Public Health Emergency Preparedness Manager Sean O’Donnell will join the media availability to provide a public health update.
The media availability will be held via Zoom and is for credentialed members of the media.
