Parking Rates in Bethesda to Increase Beginning July 5

For Immediate Release: Thursday, June 22, 2017

The hourly parking rates in Bethesda will increase beginning Wednesday, July 5 as follows:

 

• On-street parking – from $2.00/hour to $2.25/hour

• Lot parking – from $1.25/hour to $1.50/hour

• Garages 40, 49, 57 (high demand facilities) – from $1.00/hour to $1.25/hour

• Garages 11, 31, 35, 36, 42 and 47 – from $0.80/hour to $1.00/hour

 

On-street rates become effective immediately on July 5.  Rate increases for garages 11, 31, 49 (gated facilities) rates will begin Monday, July 10.  The rates for the remainder of the parking facilities will be phased in over the summer.
