The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will hold a virtual public hearing, on Wednesday, Feb. 23 beginning at 1 p.m. on the proposed abandonment of a public access easement that covers an approximately 1.3-acre parcel located at the terminus of Landy Lane in Bethesda. The public will have an opportunity to provide written or oral testimony.
Miles & Stockbridge, P.C., is representing the applicant, Miller Development Corporation, who is seeking the abandonment of the public access easement in connection with an impending redevelopment of the Property, pursuant to Preliminary Plan No. 120150160 that was approved by the Planning Board on Nov. 2, 2016.
The public has until 5 p.m., Friday, Feb. 18 to register online to attend. Completion of this registration form will include an electronic invitation to participate in this hearing.
