Wayne Avenue Community Invited to Purple Line Informational Meeting

For Immediate Release: Tuesday, May 10, 2016

MCDOT and the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) will hold a public meeting to discuss plans for the Purple Line along Wayne Avenue, particularly near the intersection of Wayne Avenue and Dale Drive. MTA’s Concessionaire will also attend to hear more about community issues.

 The meeting is planned for Thursday, May 26, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Silver Spring Civic Building
