SHA's Signal Plans on MD 355 and Jones Bridge Road Postponed to Next Week

The Maryland State Highway Administration is postponing activation of a traffic signal at the MD 355 and Jones Bridge Road intersection until next week due to forecasted thunderstorms. The work is now planned for to be done overnight, Monday October 3, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. The new signal will be active on Tuesday, October 4 during the afternoon rush hour between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Electronic message boards near the work zone alerting motorists of the new traffic pattern have been changed to reflect this new date.
