Fenton Street Village Parking Lot 3 to Close September 30

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, September 28, 2016

At 6 a.m. on September 30, the Fenton Street Village Parking Lot 3, located at 8206 Fenton Street in Silver Spring, will partially close. About 70 public parking spaces will remain open under private management. A new, mixed use multi-family building with retail is planned for the site.

Short-term parkers and drivers with disabilities will be accommodated as close as possible to Lot 3. Parkers are urged to consider other parking facilities in the vicinity, including the 290 space Parking Garage 4, located at 8100 Fenton Street.
