Council President Roger Berliner made the following statement:

“For the past 26 years, Steve Farber has served the Council and the community with the highest distinction.  He has played a pivotal role in strengthening the County’s fiscal and governmental performance in multiple ways.  He has led our superb staff with great skill and care.”

“All of us have benefited from the quality and integrity of Steve’s work and from the institutional knowledge, commitment and good humor he brings to it.  Like the six Councils before us, we deeply respect and appreciate his service. We wish Steve all the best in his future work.”
