Council to join with County Executive and County unions to support collective bargaining rights at risk in Supreme Court case

ROCKVILLE, Md., Feb. 22, 2018—Montgomery County Councilmembers along with the County Executive and the County’s union partners will hold a press conference on Friday, February 23 at 1 p.m. to preview a resolution, which expresses its support for public employee unions as the Supreme Court of the United States holds oral argument on February 26 in Janus v. AFSCME.
