Montgomery Council President Riemer to meet with media on
Monday, April 16 at 11:30 a.m.
ROCKVILLE, Md., April 13, 2018—Montgomery County Council President Hans Riemer will meet with members of the media on Monday, April 16 at 11:30 a.m. to discuss key issues concerning the Council and its respective committees. He also will discuss his priorities for the County’s operating budget and a special appropriation, which is scheduled to be introduced at the Council on Tuesday, for legal representation for residents detained for deportation proceedings.
Council President Riemer’s meeting with members of the media will be in the fourth floor conference room of the Council Office Building at 100 Maryland Ave. in Rockville.
Council President Riemer meets regularly with members of the media to preview the Council’s weekly activities and discuss local issues. Most meetings are held on Mondays.
