Department of Housing and Community Affairs Seeks Comments on Proposed MPDU Executive Regulation

The Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) is seeking comments on Executive Regulation 11-18. This regulation updates and replaces the current MPDU (Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit) Executive Regulation.

Questions and comments about the proposed regulation can be provided by calling 240-777-0311 or emailing mpdu.intake@montgomerycountymd.gov. All comments are due by Monday, October 1, 2018.

Copies of the proposed regulation are available online:

• for a version without markups; and

• for a version that compares the new regulation to the existing one.

Hard copies of the proposed regulation are available for pickup or review at the DHCA office front desk, 1401 Rockville Pike, 4th floor, Rockville, between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.
