Ride On Begins Customer Survey to Guide Planning for Transit Services

For Immediate Release: Friday, September 21, 2018

To help guide planning for transit services, Ride On is randomly distributing a short survey to passengers. The survey will continue until the end of October. Survey questions are offered in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Chinese, French, Korean, Vietnamese and Amharic. Individual survey answers will be kept confidential.

  

Data collected will also assist Ride On in complying with federal transit requirements. Under federal Title VI requirements and to qualify for transit grants, the Federal Transit Administration requires that transit systems collect bus rider demographic and travel behavior data every five years.
