PUBLIC HEARING
The Montgomery County Council will hold public hearings at 1:30 pm on October 30, 2018 on the following Capital Improvements Program (CIP) amendments and Special Appropriations:
Amendment to the FY19-24 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) and Special Appropriation to the FY19 Capital Budget, Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC), Department of Parks - $1,000,000 for Small Grant/Donor-Assisted Capital Improvements. Source: Contributions.
Amendment to the FY19-24 CIP and Special Appropriation to the FY19 Capital Budget, MNCPPC, Department of Parks - $116,562 for Acquisition: Local Parks. Source: Program Open Space.
Amendment to the FY19-24 CIP and Special Appropriation to the FY19 Capital Budget, MNCPPC, Department of Parks - $99,500 for ADA Compliance: Non-Local Parks. Source: State Aid.
Amendment to the FY19-24 CIP and Special Appropriation to the FY19 Capital Budget, MNCPPC, Department of Parks - $180,000 for Minor New Construction - Non-Local Parks. Source: GO Bonds.
The public hearings will be held in the Third Floor Hearing Room of the Council Office Building, which is located at 100 Maryland Avenue in Rockville. The meeting will be televised live by County Cable Montgomery (CCM) on Cable Channels 996 (high definition) and 6 (standard definition) on Comcast; Channels 1056 (HD) and 6 (SD) on RCN; and Channel 30 on Verizon.
