Call-n-Ride Account Services Now Available Via EzTransport Mobile Application

Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is pleased to announce a new Call-n-Ride EzTransport mobile application pilot program. Call-n-Ride participants will now be able to access individual accounts directly from mobile devices. Participants will have the ability to download the free app from the “App Store” for Apple devices, or from the “Play Store” for Android devices by searching the term “EzTransport.”

Participants can use the app to: view account balances; add value to an account; view transactions and trips; and access taxi service providers’ contact information, all from a mobile device. Participants who have already created an account on the web-based Call-n-Ride EzTransport Members Portal can use that existing login and password.  Those who do not have an existing account can create a new account from a mobile device.

The Call-n-Ride program provides on-demand, discounted taxi trips for eligible Montgomery County seniors and for adults with disabilities.
