Frequent Parker Program to be Phased Out in Bethesda’s Woodmont Corner Garage

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, July 3, 2019

MCDOT’s Division of Parking Management is announcing the phase out of Frequent Parker access cards at the Woodmont Corner Garage in Bethesda, also known as Garage 11.

This program, which allows customers to add money to an access card to prepay for parking, will end on October 1, 2019.  Frequent Parker Card holders can continue using their cards until they run out of money, but not after October 1, 2019.  The last day for debit card holders to return their debit cards and receive a refund for any remaining balance in their accounts is December 31, 2019.

The County's Division of Parking Management is searching for other convenient payment options including Pay-By-Cell to replace the debit card system.

To return your debit card, bring it to the Woodmont Corner Garage office at 7730 Woodmont Avenue in Bethesda betwee 7:00 am and midnight, Monday through Friday.  For more information, please call (301) 657-0848.
