MCDOT to Hold Oct. 21 Public Hearing for Abandonment of Unnamed Road in Kensington

For Immediate Release: Tuesday, September 10, 2019

The public is invited to a public hearing on October 21 to provide input on the abandonment of a portion of an unnamed road off Lawrence Avenue in Kensington. The abandonment is being requested for the purpose of incorporating the land into adjoining property owned by Michael Grimm and the other adjoining property owner.

The hearing will be held at 7 p.m. in the Executive Office Building, Lobby Auditorium, 101 Monroe Street, Rockville.

After the aforementioned Hearing, the Hearing Officer shall report his findings and recommendations to the County Executive for further consideration as prescribed by County Code.
