Commuter Services’ (CSS) Annual Commuter Survey helps MCDOT identify commuter driving and transit patterns. This valuable information helps improve transportation planning and transportation services in the County and region. The survey is sent to selected residents and employers, to be completed by their employees.

To provide incentives to fill out the five-week survey, CSS held weekly, random drawings of survey respondents, and awarded $25 gift cards to those selected. Once the survey concluded, one lucky random winner, an employee who responded to the survey from Marriott Corporation, received the grand prize of a $500 American Express gift card.
