MCDOT to Host Virtual Project Briefing on Seminary Road Project on Thursday, May 7, at 6:00 p.m.

Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) plans to host a virtual project briefing on Thursday, May 7, at 6:00 p.m. to share information on the ongoing work underway on Seminary Road. The meeting will offer opportunity for real-time virtual interaction between MCDOT project staff and members of the public and also be recorded for later viewing for those who are unable to join live.

Project construction is underway and involves realigning Seminary Road in the area where Brookeville Road and Linden Lane meet, as well as some work around Riley Place in the Montgomery Hills area (#SeminaryRd). The scope of work includes construction of bike lanes and sidewalks within the project limits.

Interested members of the public are encouraged to join the meeting by completing the steps outlined below from a computer, tablet, or smartphone:

1. On a computer:
   Entering the link below in your browser and click to “Download Adobe Connect” to download the software and enter the virtual meeting; montgomerycounty.adobeconnect.com/seminaryroadintersection.
   
   From a smartphone or tablet:
   Download the Adobe Connect mobile app and enter the web address above when prompted to “Enter Meeting URL.”
   
   
2. You will next be prompted to enter your telephone number so that Adobe Connect can call and join you into the meeting. Enter you telephone number.  The call will come from a 303 area code. Answer the call and Press 1 to join the meeting.
   
   
3. IF the quality of the call is bad or breaking up – Call 1-800-832-0736 and enter 9081014 when prompted for the Conference Room Number.
