Below are transportation-related schedule changes for the Fourth of July holiday, Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4:

County Offices – Closed July 3;
Ride On – Operates on a Saturday schedule from the Essential Plus Service plan for July 3 and 4. For more information visit montgomerycountymd.gov/DOT-Transit/essential-plan.html;
Ride On Flex – Not in operation due to health crisis;
Ride On extRa – Not in operation due to health crisis;
Metrorail and Metrobus – Information is available at wmata.com/about/news/Metro-Service-Plans-July-4-2020.cfm;
MARC Train and Commuter Bus – Information is available at mta.maryland.gov/4th-july-service;
TRiPS Commuter Store at Silver Spring Transit Center – Closed July 4. For more information visit montgomerycountymd.gov/dot-transit/holiday_schedules.html;
TRiPS Mobile Commuter Store – Not in operation due to health crisis;
Parking at Public Garages, Lots and Curbside Meters - Free July 3;
Shared Streets Program – Hours extended: Arlington Road is closed to cars and open to pedestrians and cyclists to connect Downtown Bethesda to Montgomery Parks’ car-free Little Falls Parkway from 9:00 a.m. Thursday, July 2, to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, July 5.
