Sept. 16, Daytime Closure for Portions of Southbound Rockville Pike / MD 355 between Rose Avenue and Montrose Parkway in North Bethesda

For Immediate Release: Tuesday, September 15, 2020

On Wednesday, September 16 between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Traffic Engineering Services, LLC, will close two southbound lanes of Rockville Pike (MD 355) between Rose Avenue and Montrose Parkway for crane installation and activity to hoist material to 909 Rose Avenue. Traffic Engineering Services will maintain vehicular and pedestrian traffic during the closure.

Questions or comments regarding the road work or crane use may be directed to Shon Thomas, Traffic Engineering Services Project Coordinator, at 240-302-3099.

Drivers should always stay alert and look for reduced speed limits in efforts to maintain safe traffic mobility in work zones for construction crews and drivers.
